9. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us first by email at support@heavenecohub.com with a written description of your dispute and the outcome you are seeking. We will use reasonable efforts to respond within 10 business days and to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days of your initial email.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through email correspondence within that period, either party may pursue their rights through the courts of Grenada in accordance with Section 8 above. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Payment Terms & Conditions

These payment terms govern all transactions conducted through Heaven Homes, Heaven Chat, and any other products operated by Bodhisla LTD (collectively, "Heaven Products"). By making or receiving any payment through a Heaven Product, you agree to these terms in full.

13. Heaven Wallet — Fiat Currency Payments

13.1 Wallet Overview

Heaven Wallet provides users with a personal fiat currency wallet integrated into Heaven Products. Users may add funds, send and receive payments to other users, pay for property transactions, and withdraw funds to a linked bank account, subject to identity verification requirements.

13.2 Fiat On-Ramp and Off-Ramp — Powered by Meld

All fiat currency on-ramping (buying / depositing) and off-ramping (selling / withdrawing) services within Heaven Wallet are provided by our third-party partner, Meld. Meld services are available in all countries supported by the Apple App Store at the time of your transaction.

• Heaven Homes and Bodhisla LTD are not a bank, payment institution, or e-money provider. Fiat on/off ramp services are provided exclusively by Meld and are subject to Meld's own terms of service, privacy policy, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Meld operates in compliance with applicable financial regulations in each supported jurisdiction. Country availability may change without notice. It is your responsibility to confirm that fiat ramp services are available in your jurisdiction before initiating a transaction.
• Heaven Homes and Bodhisla LTD accept no liability for the availability, performance, delays, failures, or regulatory restrictions imposed by Meld or any underlying payment processor or banking partner used by Meld.
• Fees charged by Meld for on/off ramp transactions are set by Meld and will be displayed to you before you confirm any transaction. These fees are separate from any platform fees charged by Heaven Products.
• By using Meld services within Heaven Wallet, you agree to be bound by Meld's terms and conditions and you acknowledge that your financial data will be processed by Meld in accordance with their privacy policy.

13.3 KYC Identity Verification and Transaction Limits

To protect users and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, the following transaction limits apply:

You may be required to complete identity verification steps before fiat transactions are processed. Heaven Products use third-party identity verification services to fulfil these obligations. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date identity information when requested.

13.4 Fiat Wallet General Terms

• Heaven Wallet fiat balances are held by Bodhisla LTD and/or our payment partners on your behalf. They do not earn interest.
• All balances are displayed in your selected display currency. Exchange rates are indicative and sourced from live market data. Actual conversion rates applied to transactions may differ slightly.
• Bodhisla LTD reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate wallet access if we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or any unlawful activity.
• Fiat transactions may be subject to processing times of 1–5 business days depending on your bank and jurisdiction.

14. Heaven Wallet — Cryptocurrency Payments

14.1 Self-Custody Wallet

The cryptocurrency wallet within Heaven Products is a self-custody wallet. This means:

• Your private keys and seed phrase are generated on your device and are held solely by you.
• Heaven Homes and Bodhisla LTD do not store, have access to, or control your private keys, seed phrase, or cryptocurrency funds at any time.
• You, and you alone, are responsible for the security of your seed phrase and private keys. Anyone who obtains your seed phrase can access and permanently remove your funds. Heaven Homes cannot recover lost seed phrases or funds under any circumstances.

14.2 Supported Cryptocurrencies

Heaven Wallet currently supports the following networks and assets:

• Bitcoin (BTC)
• Ethereum and EVM-compatible tokens (ETH, USDT, USDC, and ERC-20 tokens)
• Solana (SOL)
• Cardano (ADA)
• TRON (TRX)
• Polygon (MATIC)

Support for additional networks or assets may be added or removed at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure you are sending assets to the correct network address. Sending assets to an incompatible or incorrect address will result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of those assets.

14.3 User Responsibility for Transfers

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast to a blockchain network, it cannot be reversed, recalled, or refunded by Heaven Homes or Bodhisla LTD.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any wallet address before confirming a transfer. Heaven Homes does not verify or validate external wallet addresses.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your wallet to cover both the transfer amount and any applicable network transaction fees (gas fees). Network fees are set by the respective blockchain networks and are not controlled by Heaven Homes.
• You are solely responsible for understanding the tax obligations applicable to cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction. Heaven Homes does not provide tax advice.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of cryptocurrency within Heaven Products complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including but not limited to laws relating to capital gains, money transmission, and sanctions.
• Heaven Homes and Bodhisla LTD accept no liability for losses resulting from incorrect addresses, failed transactions, network outages, network congestion, smart contract errors, exchange rate volatility, or any other issue arising from the nature of decentralised blockchain networks.

14.4 No Custody, No Insurance

Because Heaven Wallet is a self-custody wallet, your cryptocurrency holdings are not held in custody by Bodhisla LTD and are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme, financial services compensation scheme (FSCS), FDIC insurance, or equivalent. You bear the full risk of loss.

14.5 Blockchain Network Risks

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency and blockchain networks carry inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Price volatility — the value of any cryptocurrency may decline rapidly, including to zero
• Network forks, protocol upgrades, or deprecation of a blockchain network
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Regulatory changes that may affect the legality or usability of a cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction
• Cybersecurity threats including phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks

Heaven Homes and Bodhisla LTD accept no liability for losses arising from any of the above risks.

14.6 Prohibited Uses

You must not use Heaven Wallet to:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Purchase, sell, or transfer any asset that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Evade sanctions or trade restrictions imposed by any governmental authority
• Engage in wash trading, market manipulation, or any fraudulent financial activity

Any suspected violation may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to applicable authorities.

15. Escrow Payments

Where Heaven Products offer escrow-protected transactions (including property deposits and investment milestones):

• Funds placed into escrow are held by Bodhisla LTD and/or our payment partners in a designated account, separate from operational funds, on behalf of both parties to a transaction.
• Escrow funds will only be released when the agreed conditions are met and confirmed by the relevant parties or by a designated escrow administrator.
• In the event of a dispute, Heaven Homes may appoint an independent escrow administrator to review and determine the appropriate release of funds. The decision of the escrow administrator shall be final.
• Bodhisla LTD reserves the right to charge an escrow administration fee. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before the escrow is established.
• Heaven Homes and Bodhisla LTD are not a regulated escrow service provider. Escrow services are provided as a platform convenience feature and do not constitute regulated financial services in any jurisdiction.

16. General Payment Disclaimers

• All prices displayed on Heaven Products are indicative and may include estimates, projections, or live exchange rate conversions. Heaven Homes makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of pricing information.
• Payment services may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system failures, regulatory action, banking partner outages, or other factors outside our control. Heaven Homes accepts no liability for losses arising from payment service unavailability.
• Heaven Homes and Bodhisla LTD reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any payment feature at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
