Investor Refund Request Policy

At Heaven Eco Hub "Bodhisla Ltd", we value our investors and strive for transparency. Please note that investments in our company are not generally refundable, as outlined in your investment agreement + terms & conditions on any user interface used to engage with us for investments  and following standared investment practercing guidlines however we do consider someones personal circumstances and will do our best with you in these cases of urgancy. Refund requests are handled carefully, in accordance with legal requirements and company policy.

1. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds for investments may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The investment agreement or token sale terms explicitly provide a refund or cooling-off period.

  • There has been a misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of agreement.

  • For certain token or crowdfunding investments, the company may provide a voluntary buyback option.

2. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, please:

  1. Submit a written request via email to support@heavenecohub.com

  2. Include the following information:

    • Investor name, contact details & copy of Identification "Passport"

    • Date and amount of investment

    • Reason for the refund request

    • Supporting documentation, if applicable

3. Review Process

  • All refund requests will be reviewed by the Investor Relations and Legal team.

  • The company may request additional documentation or clarification.

  • Requests are typically reviewed within 30 business days of submission.

4. Possible Outcomes

  • Approved: Refund processed in accordance with the investment agreement, possibly with deductions or conditions.

  • Declined: Most requests are declined if the investment agreement does not permit refunds. A written explanation will be provided.

  • Alternative Solutions: In some cases, the company may offer a buyback or transfer option as an alternative to a refund.

5. Legal Considerations

  • Investments are governed by applicable securities, token, or crowdfunding laws.

  • The company complies fully with these regulations and will act according to the law in handling all requests.
