Your health, planned for you — one day at a time, by Luna.
Heaven Health is a personal longevity assistant. Luna reads your sleep, heart-rate variability, blood work and meals, then writes you one plan for the day — what to take, what to eat, when to move, when to rest. She asks how it went, and tomorrow's plan changes accordingly.
One plan a day, built from your own body
Most health apps hand you numbers and leave the interpretation to you. Heaven Health does the opposite. Luna — the AI health assistant at the centre of the app — takes what the app knows about you and writes a single sequenced plan for the day. Then she asks how it went, and tomorrow's plan changes accordingly.
Three commitments hold the product together:
One place, not eight apps
Blood results, wearable data, meals, training, supplements and reflection live in the same record, and every feature reads from that one record.
Told what to do, not shown a dashboard
The home screen's first block is the next action, with the time it's due. The metrics are further down, deliberately.
It shows its working
Every routine with a health claim carries its scientific sources in the app, and the product is built so it will not display a clinical value nobody actually measured.
The audience is broad on purpose: someone who wants a healthier week, and equally the longevity-literate reader who wants the papers behind the recommendation. Both are served from the same plan; the second group just taps through to the sources.
Three doors in
First-time users pick one. The choice is changeable later, and picking Business does not close the member app — one identity can hold several roles.
Connect my Heaven Halo
Full setup with the ring feeding Luna continuously. Needs an account.
Just looking
Straight in, anonymous, no account. The app is genuinely usable this way.
Business
A clinic, supplement brand or coach. Picking this does not close the member app — one identity can hold several roles.
Five tabs
What the app is, in the order the tabs sit on the navigation bar.
01Luna
The home screen. Luna speaks the daily brief, your 3D body sits below it, then the next action, today’s task list, your Heaven Score and streak.
02Me
Your health record and the full toolbox — blood tests, biological age, body map, heart, gut, journal, tribes, Cure Finder, Halo, membership, tokens.
03Fitness
Live Heaven Classes on a global schedule, an on-demand library, coach channels, multi-week programmes and the leaderboard.
04Nutrition
A longevity menu generated for the week, the camera food scanner, food search and a shopping list built from the menu.
05H Week
The Perfect Human Week — the personalised protocol members get. Gated behind the membership.
Everything in the app
Status is shown per feature so nothing reads as shipped when it isn't. Live is in members' hands now. Partial ships with a caveat, set out below the list. Members requires the H Week membership.
Luna, the daily assistant
Morning ritual
A 60-second voice check-in. Luna asks about sleep, energy and mood, then writes the day.
Daily plan
Supplements, meals, breathwork and movement, sequenced to the clock. Each task explains why it’s there.
Adaptive re-plan
Skip or complete a task and the rest of the day re-sequences rather than sitting there stale.
Voice and text chat
Ask Luna anything about your health data or the science. She answers with citations.
Luna’s memory
She remembers what you told her weeks ago and refers back to it.
Evening reflection
A short rating and note at day’s end; feeds the next Heaven Score.
Bedtime ritual
A wind-down sequence that closes the day.
Sleep stories
Stories to fall asleep to, composed in Luna’s voice.
Guided breathing
Paced breathwork with a live scan of the effect.
Meditation composer
A meditation built to your own HRV rather than a fixed recording.
Streaks, XP and levels
Earned from actually completing the plan, not from opening the app.
Anomaly alerts
Luna flags a reading that has moved away from your own baseline.
Nudges
Timed reminders for the tasks you set. Fully opt-out.
Your body
3D body figure
A rotating figure on the home screen: sex-aware silhouette, your skin tone, an x-ray slider through the anatomy, and regions coloured by how that part of you is doing. Tap a region for what’s driving it.
Health profile
Age, sex, height, weight, goal weight, waist and more — the measurements every personalised feature keys off, including blood reference ranges and the calorie model.
Progress photos
Guided front, side and scalp shots with an alignment overlay so month-to-month comparisons are honest. These never leave the device.
Weight history
A dated log with the trend drawn against the goal.
Hair plan
A maintenance and regrowth routine, ticked off like any other plan and carrying its own sources.
Holographic body map
A system-by-system view of the body with what’s known about each.
Measurement and analysis
Blood test upload
Photograph or upload a panel; the app reads it with its own extraction engine and OCR — no third-party AI vision — across seven languages, and explains every marker in plain terms.
Blood trends
Each marker plotted across every panel you’ve uploaded, against your reference range.
Doctor-ready report
One tap exports a clean summary to take to your clinician.
Biological age
An estimate of how old your body behaves, with a history and a what-if tool for testing changes.
Heaven Score
One daily number out of 100, composed from plan completion, your reflection, HRV against your own baseline, sleep and streak. Breakdown always visible.
Heart and cardiac analytics
HRV, resting heart rate and cardiac trends, explained rather than only plotted.
Recovery score
Today’s readiness from HRV — and it only trusts a reading less than 36 hours old.
Gut monitor
Bristol-scale logging, gut age and pattern insight.
Wearable sync
Pulls sleep, HRV, heart rate and steps from the phone’s health platform, so Luna’s plan is grounded in real readings.
Food
Weekly longevity menu
A full week of meals generated fresh each week, every dish tied to the research goal it serves and to your own blood markers.
Food scanner
Point the camera at a meal or scan a barcode; get a longevity score and what it does to your day.
Food search
A searchable database of packaged foods with the same scoring applied.
Food swaps
A better version of what you were about to eat.
Shopping list
Built straight from the week’s menu.
Allergen flags
Warnings against what’s in your profile.
Movement
Heaven Classes
Live classes every three hours across four disciplines, anchored to one global clock. Everyone in the world is in the same class at the same time, and attendance is counted on the server, not simulated.
On-demand library
Every session available to do on your own time, with saves and history.
Programmes
Multi-week structured plans you enrol in, with a planned week ahead.
Coaches
Coaches have their own channel in the app; members follow them, and can send a gift.
Difficulty calibration
Members vote on how hard a session felt and the ratings recalibrate the listed intensity nightly.
Leaderboard
Minutes trained, with member labels salted for privacy.
Weekly challenges
A mission each week with a claimable reward.
Offline completions
Finish a class with no signal and it queues, then syncs. Completion is earned by two minutes of real playback, not by opening the screen.
Protocols and personal research
Perfect Human Week
The flagship protocol: a full week of longevity practice, personalised to your profile and blood work, with a compliance calendar and history.
Rehabilitation plan
A recovery-focused protocol with its own adherence tracking.
Cure Finder
Your own replica research team, pointed at one personal goal. It runs research cycles for you and returns discoveries, hypotheses and protocols specific to that goal, with a live agent feed and a pace control.
Protocol marketplace
Browse, adopt and review protocols other members have built.
Compound library
Profiles for individual compounds, each with citations.
Interaction checker
Flags interactions across everything you’re taking, visualised.
Custom research runs
Point the research engine at any question you like and set how deep it goes. Paid for with tokens.
Community
Heaven Tribes
Small optional groups walking the same path, with their own leaderboards. Encouragement, not a feed.
Community ranking
Where you sit among Heaven cohorts.
Longevity challenges
Recurring group challenges.
Protocol sharing
Share a protocol out by link.
Account, privacy and reach
Anonymous by default
The app is genuinely usable without an account. Signing up is asked for where it pays off — personalisation, purchases, syncing across devices.
20 languages
Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.
Consent up front
An explicit consent screen before any health data is handled, with terms acceptance at sign-up.
Delete everything
Account deletion erases the health record server-side, not just the login.
In-app film
A 13-chapter animated tour of the whole system, drawn in code and narrated by Luna, that plays until you’ve seen it.
The two partial features, in detail
Heaven Classes — The schedule, attendance, completion and scoring are all real. HIIT and Meditation currently reuse the Zumba and Yoga recordings as stand-ins, labelled as such in the app, until their own recordings are published.
Programmes — Built and shipping. The chapter timings inside each programme are still placeholder values pending a content pass.
What costs money
The great majority of the app is free and ad-supported. There are exactly two paid routes, plus the hardware.
H Week membership
$99.99 / month
The Perfect Human Week protocol personalised to you, the rehabilitation plan, your own Cure Finder research team, and the ability to book a blood test through a partner centre. Auto-renewing; cancel in the App Store or Play Store.

Heaven Halo
$399 — pre-order
The smart ring. Pre-order by email only — there is no checkout yet.
How tokens work
Tokens pay for research the engine runs on your behalf.
Custom research run
~10 tokens at the shallowest setting (10 papers analysed), up to 40 at the deepest (40 papers). The default sits around 25.
A fresh weekly nutrition menu
50 tokens.
Cure Finder
Burns continuously at a pace you control. The app shows the burn rate and how much runway is left.
Tokens are earnable without paying
- Watch a short ad — +10, up to five a day
- Share the app — +10, up to three a day
- Invite a friend
- Log an alcohol-free day
Nobody is forced to buy.
Membership can also be granted by an access code redeemed in the app — no payment, revocable at any time.
Heaven Halo
The Heaven Halo is a smart ring designed to feed Luna continuously, so the morning plan is already written when you wake up. Pairing happens once, and thereafter the ring's readings are what make the Heaven Score a truer number than a self-reported one.
Reserve yours — $399, pre-order
Pre-orders are taken by email to support@heavenecohub.com. There is no payment processor connected and no cart, and no ship date has been set. Sizing kits are arranged with you directly.
For clinics, brands and coaches
Four kinds of professional account are already built into the app. All four are live.
Blood-test centres
Clinics and phlebotomy services register, get verified, and appear in a searchable directory. Members request a booking, the centre accepts or declines, the two message each other in-app, reminders go out, and afterwards the member leaves a review the centre can reply to.
Supplement brands
Vendors register, get verified, and publish a catalogue with a storefront inside the app. It is catalogue-and-handoff — the sale completes on the brand’s own site, there is no in-app checkout.
Fitness coaches
Coaches apply, get approved, and run their own channel: their sessions, their followers, a dashboard with their real numbers, and gifts from members.
Companies (B2B research)
Organisations commission research runs from the engine against their own questions, with their own reports and token balance.
Members can also link an AI Boss account from inside settings, which brings their brands across.
The research engine
Underneath everything sits a continuously running research system that has been reading the literature since February 2025. Specialised agents divide the work: one analyses papers from PubMed, one generates hypotheses about aging mechanisms, one designs intervention protocols from those hypotheses, and one turns the result into the daily and weekly plans members actually see.
The output is public inside the app: a daily feed of discoveries, a body of hypotheses filterable by goal and sorted by confidence, and protocols each carrying an evidence level of Strong, Moderate or Emerging alongside the hypothesis it came from. It is organised around three stated goals.
Stop Cellular Aging
Protect cells from age-related damage and dysfunction.
Reverse Aging
Restore biological youth through epigenetic reprogramming and damage reversal.
Practical Immortality
Indefinite healthy lifespan.
These are research directions, not clinical milestones. The progress figures the app shows against them are research progress scores computed from papers, hypotheses and protocols.
Heaven Research Labs is the research engine behind Heaven Health, not a separate product.
Heaven Health provides scientific research information, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing supplements, diet or lifestyle. Heaven Health does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and is not a replacement for a doctor, a laboratory or a diagnosis.
